Masonry - more famously known as tiling or wet works. This consists of the plastering of walls after hacking, the waterproofing, and the screeding of flooring before laying of tiles. This is one of the most important part of renovation, as any mistakes done here will be hard to rectify when all the other parts come in. It is of utmost importance to get this part right so that all the other works can flow seamlessly.
